The staff were amiable up until the day we left. The location of the hotel was magnificent, in the middle of the city. Also, it was 7 km from Bedfont Lake.

modern hotel, magnificent and particularly good location, we booked the double room and liked it. the folks were very-very nice and friendly. the fact that heathrow terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was perfect. everything was simply excellent.

Conveniently close to the airport, just a short 0.5 km away - that's super handy! the room had everything you need for a comfy stay like central heating, an electronic key card for easy access, and a TV to unwind. Plus, the bathroom was spotless, adding to the overall cleanliness vibes. 🧼.

I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to choose my room location. The hotel facilities seemed to be new, well-maintained, and very clean. the location was convenient and easy to access transportation to explore the city.

We had a great time staying in this hotel during New Year's. First, the staff was super friendly and allowed us to choose our preferred room location. Second, the hotel was clean and newly renovated, making our stay very comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in close proximity to key attractions.

There were some aspects that we didn't particularly like. The room was quite small and lacked a small desk, which made it difficult to work.

The hotel is blessed with welcoming staff. I appreciated the ability to select our preferred room. In the room, the cleanliness level was impressive, and everything felt new. the hotel's location allowed us to enjoy a picturesque view. We had access to public parking as a result of the hotel's full garage. the hotel's breakfast provides a captivating assortment of great food, and the bathroom was in excellent condition.

My overall experience was not great due to some negative aspects. the room was incredibly small and hardly had any space for a small desk.
